Meet the RedShift Presenters ...

... giving the community a voice through radio

At RedShift Radio we usually have over 50 volunteer presenters at any one time and since we began in 2010, in the region of 500 people age between 8 - 85 have been trained to produce and present radio shows.

Our presenters tend to fit into one of three categories: Students seeking to enhance their portfolio, business owners who sponsor their own shows and people that present purely as a hobby.

Daniel Achterhuis

Turbo Youth: Wednesday 5 - 6pm

Dan is a complete petrol-head. His knowledge and interest in all things cars at such a young age can only mean he is destined to be a Motorsport reporter or commentator... Or perhaps the next Jeremy Clarkson.

Caz Aspinall

The Good Life: Mondays 8 - 9pm

Crazy Caz Aspinall welcomes in your Monday evening with chat about food, celebrity gossip, fashion and lots more! Join her every Monday night for The Good Life. Caz is joined by co-hosts Daisy Vickers and Ness Carter.

Emma Buckley is a Beekeeper and farmer. She owns Buckley's Bees in Hough, just outside Nantwich and is passionate about all things farming.

Midweek Sports: Tuesdays 8 - 10pm

Brian presents Midweek Sports every Tuesday with Brett Glover

Paul Boniface

Easy Like Sunday Morning: Sundays 9am to 11am

When Paul is not planning or presenting his popular radio show, you can find him at Ableworld as their Franchise Director and when he is not working he will either be walking, quizzing or playing with his army of grandchildren.  Paul is our Director of Training and has been with us since 2011

Kelly-Ann Davies

Wellbeing Weekly: Sundays 5 - 6pm

Kelly-Ann Davies is our Director of Youth and has extensive experience in youth wellbeing, teaching and mental health. Her vibrant Wellbeing Weekly show is full of great music, guests and wellbeing tips each week.

Ben Davies

Musical Monday: Mondays 5pm to 6pm

Ben  is one half of the Musical Monday duo. Cousins Ben and Dan talk about life from a young person's perspective. They also countdown the big top 15 in the charts every week and have some rather quirky regular features.

Jo Grubb

Charities Today Friday: Fridays 3pm to 4pm

Jo is founder and Managing Director of JG Creative, specialists in branding for the Third Sector. Each week Jo meets a charity to find out what makes them tick.

Orlanda & Harvey

Reboot: Sunday 5 - 6pm

Orlanda Jones and Harvey Morrey began presenting together on RedShift Radio at the tender age of 9! Their Reboot show is packed with great music and lots of fun features and chat about life as teenagers.

Mike James

Indie Rock: Tuesday 6 - 8pm

Mike James just loves all things Indie Rock and that is what you will be treated to for two hours every Tuesday.​

Tim Lee

The Doorstep Mixtape: Thursdays 8pm to 9pm

Music obsessed Tim Lee hosts The Doorstep Mixtape, a weekly mix of hidden treasures and forgotten gems on 'Side A' and a celebration of local music, bands and songwriters on 'Side B.'

A singer/songwriter himself, Tim was first a guest on RedShift shows and a regular performer at RedShift events, before being asked to put his love of music and local musicians into his own show.

When not presenting, Tim teaches adults with special needs at a local college and is a fully fledged film, music and Doctor Who nerd.

Philip Martin

The RedShift Kitchen: Tuesdays 2pm to 3pm

Philip Martin from Cheshire Cooks talks about all things cookery in his RedShift Kitchen show. Philip shares with you some of his recipes, all of which can be achieved with a sensible budget in mind, as well as reviewing local eateries and talking about all things foodie! His favourite music is from the 60s.

Bohdan Panczyszyn

Do You Remember: Mondays 1pm to 2pm

Do You Remember presenter Bodhan is an event photographer and general master of all trades.

Rob Pemberton

70s Selection: Thursdays 7pm to 8pm

Rob is leather and denim all the way through like 1970's Blackpool rock. Join Rob every Thursday as he jumps back for his show, 70s Selection.

Felix Piasecki

Sunday Roast: 6 to 7pm
